There is a proverbial turning point in all our lives and well, Acer has a similar story. After it’s acquisition of E-TEN, Acer’s on the rise to fame.

The steady stream of devices is proof of Acer’s renovated strategies. The F1 blew our minds away but the rest haven’t managed to create a ripple of enthusiasm in the tech circuit. The F1 (just like Toshiba’s TG01) boasts of the Snapdragon chipset with 1GHz capacity nestled deep into its stylish core.

We’ve spotted a 3.8-inch touchscreen display packing a neat 480 x 800p resolution. There’s Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GPS, 3.5 mm headphone jack, an FM tuner and a 5.0 megapixel camera with flash abilities. Interested? You bet!

Not satisfied with the Toshiba TG01 that has a 1Ghz Snapdragon processor with a large 4.1” Touch screen? HTC makes something slightly better for you and calls it the Leo or Firestone.

While there is no news on Clamshell, Toshiba pushed their much awaited TG01 on sale through most carriers. Could be a tough competitor for the iPhone and the Touch PRO 2 as well.

Remember the F1 courtesy Acer which blew our minds away? Well, if you found the device a little too much to handle, then you’re sure to approve the L1 and C1.
