Acer’s planning to mob us with its totally new brigade of Windows Mobile 6.5 Smartphones.

We’re looking at four new devices to make us drool. The first in line is the F1 which looks suspiciously similar to the HTC Touch HD and flaunts a 5-megapixel camera apart from sporting a totally slick casing.

L1 is a portrait slider complete with a snazzy keypad to accomplish a wide range of functions at a better price range.

The C1 and E1 is an epitome of utmost Smartphone functionality for the same economic range. Moreover, all the devices flaunt myriad shades along with GPS and camera functionalities.

We’re predicting that these devices will hit the zone by the end of third quarters.

Just after Acer annonced their Dual SIM phone a few days back, they're back again to capture the PocketPC market with some more surprises.

The Acer DX900 boasts itself of being the world’s first Dual-SIM Smartphone to support both 3.5G (HSDPA) and 2.75G (EDGE) SIM cards allowing you to keep your family & friends seperate from your business & work. We saw it in public domain for the last time at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, in February.

We’d spoken quite a bit about Acer before and now, there’s more grub to the story. Not quite content with rolling out numerous laptops for all sectors of the society, the world No. 4 PC manufacturers are now turning their attention to the Smartphone arena.
