The Windows Mobile banner flies high and millions of devices are churned out every year! Acer has done it with Gigabyte in tow.

Gigabyte paves the way with the GSmart S1200 which is all set to take the tech zone by storm. We’ve spotted a Qualcomm 7200A 528 MHz processor which fires this device. There’s ample memory for all your space requirements, thanks to the 288MB RAM and 512 MB ROM.

A 3.1-inch touchscreen display packing 480 x 800p resolution makes its presence felt. A bevy of features including Wi-Fi, UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA options, Bluetooth and GPS complete the package.

In addition, there is also the Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional (with v6.5 upgrade options), 3.0-megapixel camera for the shutterbugs and a totally new UI called ‘Smart Vision’ to spice up your life. Gigabyte is still not contented and plans for an 8.0-megapixel based device are in the pipeline.
