HTC Kaiser reviewed!

Thursday, 02 August 2007
htc-kaiser1-pocketpcHTC Kaiser is the official successor to the HTC Hermes (also known as HTC TyTN) and is packed with some great features! The HTC Kaiser has a built in GPS, and has a real sleek look with a tilted keyboard. There is a genuine scroll wheel and the support for HSUPA which enables faster downloads along with HSDPA is welcomed! The code name of this device is Kaiser but the official name is P4550 and is likely to be renamed as TyTN II because it so closely resembles its predecessor! The flop side seems to be the limited battery capacity (1350 mAh), a slightly uncomfortable keypad and the volume of speaker dips when u place it on any flat surface! In spite of the minor hitches, the HTC Kaiser seems to be very reliable and practical and along with UMTS/3G, powerful processor and a 3.2 megapixel auto focus camera thrown in, this device is sure to be a hit!
