High Tech Computer corp., aka HTC, announced their new device Shift. No, this is not under their Pocket PC lineup. Its an UMPC. Yes, the biggest Pocket PC device manufacturer now introducing their first UMPC device. Not powered by Windows Mobile, but by the Ultimate Windows Vista!
