Guess what? PocketNow has spotted the HTC Touch Diamond in this week’s finale episode of Heroes on NBC.

‘Heroes’ is the American science fiction television serial about individuals who suddenly develop superhuman abilities. Noah Bennet has chucked his old Palm Treo 800w phone for the brand new Sprint Touch Diamond.

The drama doesn’t end there! Now, Noah’s adopted daughter Claire is using the discarded Palm Treo 800w! Considering Noah’s decision, we’re pretty surprised because the Touch Diamond lacks a hardware keyboard and one-hand usability is pretty limited. So, chucking the old Palm may not be a good idea after all! But, the family tradition of Smartphone hand-me-down is pretty interesting, huh!

We thought HTC did an impressive job on the TouchFlo and other customizations for Windows Mobile Pocket PC phones like Touch Diamond, Touch HD and others in the family. But now they've done something much better for the Android platform too.

It isn’t a secret that Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile are already eyeing the varied versions of the Touch Pro 2 on their shelves.
