We’d bet our last dollar that you wouldn’t have heard of Mobinnova before you’ve read this post! But this unheard-of entity is the manufacturer behind iMate Ultimate 8502 and 9502 range of Windows Mobile phones.

Tired of behind-the-scenes operations, Mobinnova has decided to launch its very own brand of devices with the ICE being the first-in-line. This Windows Mobile phone flaunts a 3” flush touch screen, Wi-Fi, FM radio, GPS, accelerometer, Bluetooth, TV out, Micro SD card slot, Quadband GSM, Triband 3G and a memory capacity of 256 MB ROM and 128MB RAM.

We’ve also spotted a second OLED display which encases the navigation buttons, camera button and the media player keys. And moreover, we’ve also heard that Sony Ericsson is planning to partner with Mobinnova in the near future! Ahem, ahem! We’re speechless but then, the Mobinnova ICE seems pretty suave at first sight, what say?

We reported about AT&T’ poor service and it's rating as the worst carrier in US couple of weeks ago. Now the fact is confirmed by its CEO and aims to improve it either by charging more money or offering incentives for those who use less of their service.

According to a survey conducted by Consumer Reports amongst a group of 50,000 mobile users, AT&T was rated the worst of all.

Although Google Maps won’t work on offline, disconnected mode, we do love it and sure everybody does, as it is available world-wide unlike offline navigation softwares like TomTom which are available only to specific countries. Now we can all rejoice as turn-by-turn navigation with voice support is coming too.

HTC Imagio from Verizon and HTC Touch Pro 2 from At&t are all set to launch this month and this scares sprint to reduce their Touch Pro 2’ price. We still find reasons to pick At&t as a better option.
