The Blackberry Application Centre courtesy Verizon wouldn’t drastically differ from its Vodafone variant. The Application Centre would be accessible to anyone with a v4.7 Storm device with the carriers taking the responsibility of doing more than data hosting and shooting off updates. The browser takes charge of downloading and installing, but only on the first release.

It’s been quite awhile but at last, we see a trickle of information on the LG Incite. The much-awaited device has made an appearance on the AT&T website and is all geared up to ‘incite’ your senses. This launch coincides with the Blackberry Storm by Verizon Wireless. If you’re in a mind to pick this up, then its $299 with a $100 mail-in rebate thrown in for Visa card holders.

Well, if you’ve been intently watching the Smartphone wars between the giants, then you’d love this itsy-bitsy piece of juicy news.  Not really shocking or even remotely dramatic, but well, Apple’s bagged the top spot!

Well, if you can’t get enough of the Blackberry, then here’s more grub to satisfy you. The Pearl Flip 8220 from RIM marks a golden moment in the Blackberry history. This is the first ever flip phone rolled out by the tech giants. T-Mobile would be the official carrier for this ogre. It’s huge and designed to take your breath away with its gorgeous looks. There’s also the Bold and its sibling but the Pearl takes centre stage.

After a bitter spout of squabbling, we finally get to hear that Telus has been assigned to officially dole out the Blackberry Storm. Bell was nastily pushed out of the picture as Telus gleefully put up the “Sign up” lists on the website to grab the 9350 when it hits the market (the holiday season, to be precise). Well, if holiday season ends up being in November, that’s coinciding with the Verizon and Vodafone release, taking out the sting from the “special home advantage” tag.

Are we there yet? Apparently not! Oh! Wait, maybe we are. Sony Ericsson’s playing a guessing game with the tech fraternity.  

AT&T has some exciting devices lined up for the near future! This means that we’re gonna be spoilt for choice and well, we’re lovin’ it!
