Samsung is doing quite some rounds now and it's good to see someone competing with the major players like HTC with their Touch Diamond and Touch HD pocket pc devices respectively.

After launching an excellent pocket pc with custom today screen and stuffs, which can be seen here: Omnia i900, they even published ROM upgrades which is not quite often done by HTC.

Now it looks like, they have signed up with Verizon to bring Omnia i900 into America during this holiday season. Look out in the Verizon stores to catch hold on one.

On October 6th, the day when Windows Mobile 6.5 devices will come on sale officially, Verizon will launch their first Windows Mobile 6.5 PocketPC, the HTC Imagio.

Samsung has announced the Samsung Omnia II i8000, a device with  PocketPC wisdom and touch wizard, big screen and plenty of pixel. Checkout for the review of this upcoming device.
