RoverPC' G7: Pocket PC From Russia

Saturday, 29 November 2008

rover g7 pocketpc We know HTC, Samsung, Asus, Acer/Eten and so on, now more and more manufacturers are taking up Windows Mobile. This time, it's all the way from Russia. RoverPC is introducing a pocketpc named G7.

They're not quite very new to the market and seem to have introduced more than one model of pocket pc in russia like X7 and sorts. However, they don't seem to target world wide before they spread accross russia.

Right now, the G7 Pocket PC is supposed to be powered by a 624 Mhz Marvel processor running on Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 with a VGA resolution display and it's capable of 3G too. So technologies upto HSDPA can be expected. Other standard features like WiFi, GPS, GPRS, EDGE can not be forgotten here.
