SFHM Pocket PC version

Sunday, 04 February 2007

Pocket PC devices have helped us a long way and it still proves its use as the best ever Gadget right from Teens to Patients. All because of the numerous developers, with the fact that any Windows PC developer could develop a Pocket PC application with little extra knowledge and the right developer tools.

While browsing through MSDN forums, i just came across a post where someone by name dtlinker has created a nice application for heart patients. The Seattle Heart Failure Model (SHFM) is a calculator of projected survival at baseline and after interventions for patients with heart failure. SHFM is designed for use by health care providers knowledgeable in cardiac medicine.

Their PocketPC version of the Seattle Heart Failure Model calculator is an early, beta testing version, and is available for download from  here. Note that this is a Beta version over there currently andwill expire on April 7th '07. For more details, reffer their website.

Hit the read more link for screenshots of the application..
