1. Check what is in registry[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ WaveDev] "DLL"
2. Install the cab.
3. Then replace
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Drivers \ BuiltIn \ WaveDev] "Old driver"
with what was in "DLL" before install
