Vs Painter is an advanced drwing tools software using the latest technologies on your Windows Mobile Pocket PC phones. You can download the light edition for free with limited functionalities when compared to the full fledged commercial editions.

Vs Painter is another software from the creator of the excellent Note taking Pocket PC software Vs NotePad. With the light edition of Vs Painter, you can draw, modify and publish using various tools and brushes. You can even use special effects like lightning effects, render clouds and so on.
