This is what the iPhone has bought us. Apart from nicer interfaces, it’s the app for everything. From fart sounds to funny jokes and pictures, an app crap to display funny cat pictures.

LOL Cats is a free software that pulls funny cat pictures from the web and makes you laugh. The app crap was first made for the iPhone and it seemed to have had great success there which makes us judge about the great iPhone users, cough.. cough.. and now someone has made something similar for Windows Mobile PocketPC phones.

Finally! A Twitter app for users of Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.5 platform!

Google is Microsoft’s evil twin! Instead of just restricting their turn-by-turn navigation to their home grown Android phones, the tech giant has decided to extend it to other platforms as well.

We have been hearing about the lack of multi-tasking support since the early unveiling of Windows Phone 7 Series and now they further disappoint us with cutting down on more power user stuffs.

About a year ago, Google’s first official Youtube Player for the Windows Mobile and Nokia S60 Series was released and since then, they had been dormant for all this while as HTC made some better players. Now Google has decided to give some life back to their own project.

In attempts to gain market share in the mobile arena after the huge success seen by the iPhone, Microsoft has planned to invest around $1 billion dollars to the research and development of Windows Mobile division.

Apple, who has previously threatened Palm with lawsuits over their intellectual property, is now suing HTC for HD2 patent violations. Apple has sued HTC claiming 20 patent violations relating to iPhone and other technologies.
