Hi,<br />I have a Verizon PPC 6700.<br />I have this weird problem with it.<br />almost 5 out of 6 times when I try to dial a call, the phone would stay in dialing mode and not connect. this stays till a minute or two and during this time the End button becomes non responsive and It wont let me take any calls.<br />It displays the Last Call screen with 00:00 time and usually at this point, all the bars go away and the phone starts to reacquire the signal. If I am lucky the I can dial the number now, or the cycle repeats for couple more times. Some times I have to soft reset out of the situation.<br />I've already performed hard reset on it twice with no luck.<br />Am I missing something?<br />Thanks

Hello Karim Lalani,<br /><br />        You may need to try a Radio(ROM) upgrade. Try out any shipped original ROMs. And if the problem still persists, the hardware problem could be there, most likely your internal antenna has to be checked.<br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..
