Hi Guys!

I have been facing a major problem with my I-Mate pocket Pc for a long time. It restarts automatically after every 10 minutes. And hangs too often. I have done hard reset many times. But all in vain. Please suggest me how to remove this problem.

Did you try upgrading to a newer or a differnt ROM image?

Thanks Carty for replying to my post. Yes i have ugraded the rom also. But the problem still persists

Almost missed your post. Sorry for the delay in response. Anyway, did you check your Battery and its terminals are proper. How old is the device?

If the battery is proper, the restart of every 10mins should happen even if you plug the device to charge. Watch for it and let me known.

Thanks for replying to my post buddy. Restart doesn't happen when i plug it to charge.
And device is more than 3 years old. Probably it seems like a fault with the battery.

Exactly. Try replacing your battery and it shuould soleve your issue hopefully. Anyway, what is your current battery's talk-time?
