SD Sync Wont Sync 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
I installed SD Sync, registered it and it started the original DOS window copying. It ran for about 3 hours and was still going when I went to bed. The next morning my system had went to standby and when I logged in the Black Screen was still setting there but did not change over the next 45 minutes. I had to kill the process to close it, also the SD Sync screen was stuck on top of all windows and would not close.

I am now experiencing the same problem that another user described which is that SD Sync just sets there stating "Device: Synchronizing" - "Reading Changes in SD Card" however the bar never moves. I have uninstalled the software, removed registry settings and attempted re-install but no change. Also I get the Send Error Report to Microsoft window that the states "DeskWatcher has encountered a problem and needs to close"

How do I get this to work? Is it normal for it to take hours to do the initial backup? My SD Card has about 950MB of data.

Can you please send me the file sdsync.dat from Program Files\SD Sync folder of your Pocket PC' Main Memory? I will have a look at it and help you further.
