t-mobile wing 3 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0  
my t-mobile wing was working fine, and all of a sudden when i shut it off to put it to charge, the screen had a red green and blue line, how can i fix this problem it does not get out of this screen even by resetting the phone.

This screen is called the Bootloader screen. You may need to flash a ROM to exit this screen. Flashing a cooked ROM may void your warranty. You can safely Flash a shipped/original ROM which can be found in T-Mobile' website specific for your device.

Do you still have your warranty left?

no i do not have warranty left on the phone, and how would i do that? I am very illiterate when it comes to all of these things?

Unzip it, Open the Rom Update Utility or RUU file inside it after connecting your Pocket PC to Desktop. Tell me how it goes.

the phone shut off at 15, then it went up to 100% and then it says congratulations your rom update is now complete, your pda phone is ready to be used. Follow the instructions on your host pc to re-establish a partnership and synchronize your data using activesync.

the phone shut off and the same bootloader screen comes out

Can you re-try the same? And if the phone shuts down at 15 like before, disconnect the cable and tell me what happens.
