If the above fails, you can try this:
-Download Mtty from http://pocketpc-live.com/downloads/view-details/cooking-tools/93-mtty-pocket-pc-hyperterminal-utility.html
-Install it on Desktop PC. And on Desktop, open Active Sync Settings and Un-Check "Allow USB Connections"
-Connect Pocket PC
-After a few secs, like 10 secs, open Mtty and type the following
password BsaD5SeoA
ruurun 0
-Then do a soft-reset and tell me what happens.

ok i tried doing the reset with the soft keys and the reset button and the phone turns off and then comes back to the same screen. I downloaded the mtty, and i wanted to ask you if when you open the program if the first thing that was suppose to appear is open port setting? Because there is no where to put a password.

Yes, it prompts with some settings, just leave it as it is and press connect. Then a command window like screen should appear where you type the above text including password!

Tell me how it goes.

when i uncheck the allow usb, and i open mtty, and i clicked ok on the open port setting, it says Com2 port can not be opened. I tried switching it to COm3 and it says the same thing as with the Com2. When i did it without unchecking the usb, it opens up a white window that says COM 3 115200 n-8-1, i type in the white window what you told me the password and absolutely nothing happens

After you type password BsaD5SeoA, Did you press enter and then typed ruurun 0?
