hey nick, i am having a bit of a problem with ma magician, lately it had been shutting down while i am using it and still there is over 40% of batterry left and even if i try to switch it on it won't, either i have to connect it to external power or try switching on after sometime. tell me what do u think the problem is, i don't want to take it to a service center yet. just need some advice.

Seems wierd. After plugged to Ext. power, does the device turn on immediately? And after shutting down, try making a call to it and see if he wakes up.<br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..

ok i'll try that, but i think it will say as its switched off, yes when i connect to extended power the ppc automatically turns on, mean it restarts the pocket pc.

This suggests something with the battery. Check if the battery contacts are proper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regards,&lt;br /&gt;Carty..
