Hi there

I have just installed the UTA on my Vario III (HTC Kaiser). After install I could get to the config screen the first time, however now when I try to get the config screen it seems to be magnified by about 4X. I can only see a bit of the lock, I did type my password on the keyboard and pressed enter, this did let me in but again the screen with the option icons on is magnified and there seems no way to move around this enlarged screen.

I ended up having to soft reset my PPC in order to close the config program down, can you help?

Also if you do manage to solve this then I have another question. If I decide to purchase UTA I would like all plug-ins e.g. GPS and monitor, I can find no price info for GPS support, is it free? Can I purchase the program and all plug-ins at the same time? I ask because being in the UK I get charged for all separate purchases made in US Dollars so would prefer to just make the one purchase.

What payment options do you offer, paypal maybe?

Probably you tried the VGA version? Where did you download the file from? The proper link is http://www.PocketPC-Live.com/UTAv35.zip Re-Install it over previous installed version.

Try it out and if it still recognizes your device as a VGA device, I will build a seperate qVGA version and send you. And the plug-ins are sold at $8.99 USD each. I downloaded your link and re-installed from it but still seems to think its a VGA instead of QVGA so can you send me the QVGA version?

Why are you saying plugins are $8.99 when according to other users and your site state they are $3.99, hope this was a typo and not a case of "he is English so we will increase the price"?

I will send you the qVGA version soon. No its not a typo Actually SIM Read plug-in supported by older version is only $3.99 USD but we sell that no more. The newer version supports more advanced plug-ins like Device Monitor and GPS Plug-In. You'll know about it when you see the Demo.

Hi again Carty

Installed the forced QVGA version and it now all works except the "I" Learn Icon which is still displaying in VGA. The only way to get out of it in VGA seems to be to do a re-set of my PPC. Is there a way to fix this?

So what plug-ins are available for the full version and are any still included as standard eg. hard reset etc?
