Re:UTA Monitor and GPS not sending sms - Pocket PC Forums - Pocket PC Live!

GREAT VALUE-ADDED PRODUCT!!!! I appreciate this app because my pda has been stolen a couple of months ago.

Bought and Activated UTA, then succesfully tested SMS and added my own SIM number.
Replaced my own SIM with a "theft" one -> received 2 SMS with theft # on my own SIM. All looks fine 'til here.

Bought both Monitor ang GPS plug-in, installed and activated.

Replaced again the SIM with a "theft" one, still sending sms once intercepted the SIM change,
1) but Monitor is not forwarding/sending SMS on incoming calls/sms,
2) nor the GPS is sending the coordinates once the sms with the command is received (already checked the format and all upper/lower case), even if the GPS is under coverage (tested with TT)

furthermore in the uta_log.dat I can find the following occurence:
<time>: Starting monitor Plug-in

Is the monitor really running and catching? or is just an SMS sending issue?
Any idea?
(All running on TYTN II - WM6 Italian)

I'm also replying to your mails. Additionally, sometimes people press the Add button in the SMS list with empty number in the input box causing an empty field being added to the list. This will infer while sending out the alert message. Do you have any empty fields in the list?

unfortunately no empty field in the SMS list, just 1 row with my phone number in the format 0030<phonenumber>

in the meanwhile I deleted also the uta_confige.dll and reconfigured all from the beginning, with same results.

I played with the SW during the WE, got another piece working (GPS).
is there any chance to get your email to share my findings? thx
