Also, as ROM's are upgraded from time to time by network providers, if I flash a PDA ROM to a new version, will I have to reinstall the software. I would have thought this would be the case, as the phone is completely reset to a new software version, not hard reset.<br /><br />Thanks

Reflashing the ROM requires new installation again as the Ext.ROM will also be flashed new. If you were concerned about thief performing a reflash, its more unlikely as the thief will not be familiar with your device.<br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..<br />

Unfortunately there is no Ext.ROM Unlocker available yet for Magician as stated in the other thread. Im currently working on a different method to make the software be available after hard reset. Close to completion, will keep you updated.<br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..
