It shows the option, but it is dimmed. I have a Sony HBH-608 earpiece. Is that not compatable with A2DP?

No just one ear, thats probably why. In the forum you provided a link to, they still havent fixed the bugs in it. I will keep checking though. Thanks for the quick responses.

Jabra BT620s Bluetooth Headset(Stereo) priced around $85 USD and this is the best i think. However you may try pther A2DP supported Headsets such as Motorola HT820 and Sony Ericsson HBH-DS970. Motorola is also priced almost same but the headset looks a little huge than Jabra. So looks wise, Jabra beats all! Some Registry settings for improving A2DP quality in Hermes devices. (This will be added to our software Registry tweaker PRO<br /><br />[HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/A2DP/Settings]<br />Add new dword, Value name=BitPool; Value data=48 (Decimal)<br />Modify, Value name=UseJointStereo; Value data=0 (Decimal, Originally 1)<br /><br />For BitPool:<br />Microsoft suggests the following bitpool values for optimal buffer sizes.<br />30 - Low audio quality<br />40 - Medium audio quality<br />48 - High audio quality<br />58 - Excellent audio quality<br />Choosing 48 is adviced.<br /><br />For UseJointStereo: use 0 instead of 1 else the streaming is done only in mono mode!<br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..
