HI, I am new to all this. Havent even got to mess around with the HTC Touch cuz, its in german!! I need to change it to ENGISH!! PLEASE HELP ME!! WHAT DO I DO????

Flash an English ROM and the language will change. Follow the upgrade/flash instructions at this post. Regards, Carty..

I followed the link on the thread and got almost down downloading and it then said it was invalid or corrupted. Is there another link?

I do have a pic of it that i found....I know that the sim has been unlocked...not sure of the org. carrier...I have read enough to know that I need to unlock the cid and then i can add rom. I have tried and nothing!!!! well, when i did try i got a tri color screen and there was these numbers What are these for? IPL 2.21.0002 & SPL 2.21.0000..

I have attached a picture of the phone. it is the one on the right

The first step instructs you to apply Hard SPL. Did you do it successfully? Where do you get stuck? Regards, Carty..
