i want to upgrade my htc touch p3450 to latest custom rom

Rom Version 1.11.720.1B WWE
Radio Version 02.93.90
Ext Rom 1.11.720.101
Carrier India

Can u suggest which custom rom should i upgrade that first time i am flashing rom so can you tell step by step procedure
