no it is installed and registered as well, the sim change messege also works. can u send me the latest version of UTA pls, may be its something wrong with the version.

There should be no wrong. If you have seen the configuratiin module before, in a page it would be written to erase the folder to hide it from the thief and so you would have erased it.<br /><br />No problem, just re-install with the trial version which can be downloaded from UTA' page from the above links in navigation pane.<br /><br />If still you don't see the folder, the zip of the folder has been posted in another thread under UTA' Help & support forum.<br /><br />Hope this helps.<br /><br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..

<br />Hello,<br /><br />I installed the Read Sim as instructed in the Windows subdirectory of my WM5 device, the Read Sim checkbox is displayed, I check the box, and save & exit the setup...after entering the setup again, the check box is no longer checked.<br /><br />I have soft rebooted the device after checking the box, also.<br /><br />any ideas?<br /><br />Thanks!<br /><br />David

Hello Mr.David,<br /><br />        Can you please try re-enabling the check box once more. Soft-reset is not required. Are you sure both the files from the zip are un-zipped and placed in Windows folder?<br /><br />Also try changing your SIM if possible, to see the working of the plug-in.<br /><br />Regards,<br />Carty..
