FM Tuner
What else can that dedicated antenna be used for? Now you can listen to your favourite radio (offline ones) without plugging your headset! You can ofcourse choose to have the screen off while listening but unfortunately the joy stick will not switch channels and so you need to turn on the device and use the screen every time you want to change the channel. However, the audio quality is excellent for easy listening through the speaker at the back.

Location SMS
May not be of much use but mentioned here for the sake of its presence. A small application that will use the GPS receiver to find your location co-ordinates and enables you to send an SMS with the information loaded in it. Useful if you get trapped or kidnapped by someone and want to let your friend know the location.

Memory Optimizer
No out standing tools here, just monitors for low memory and can soft-reset your device accordingly. You can even set your desired time for the device to get soft-reseted automatically.

This is an excellent utility and it does work as it says. Yup, we tested it! Using the camera, it can recognize business cards based on OCR technologies and provide you an option to directly add into Contact database.

Satelite Data Update
Just like Quick GPS but in a new suit. Downloads satelite information from the Internet so you can have a quick fix in GPS.

Scenarios
Lets you choose between 4 different profiles. Quite simple but good for a beginning as it was missed in Windows Mobile OS. Anyway, we're satisfied with SBSH Phone weaver.

Streaming Media Player
We love the Core Player for both streaming and direct playing as well. If you can't afford it, try the free TCPMP. Need something out of the box, then this is here for you in a new and dark minimalistic skin.

TV Out
We cannot explain much about this here since the review device which we received did not have the appropriate connecting cables. But if it Core Player could output those partially hi-res movies onto the TV without any hickups, then that's definitely a win win!

Pricing and Availability
Right now the device is not launched and hence the pricing model is unleaked yet. Considering the market conditions, Acer might unveil Glofiish X900 Pocket Pc at a very competitive price.
