Ok, most users in the PPC world are familiar with Wisbar Advance. I was hoping someone could explain how to create skins for this program. Also if possible explain how to resize VGA skins to Qvga? If it isn't much trouble could you also list in your or anyones opinion which image editing program works best?

creating skin is quite an interesting task in photoshop&lt;br /&gt;it gets very simple when you get the gradients right&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as for conversion of the themes&lt;br /&gt;I prefer using adobe photoshop's&lt;br /&gt;batch processing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it is very simple that way

hello mate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;for QVGA please go  to this site&lt;br /&gt;http://corleno.deviantart.com/gallery/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;here I hav specified what themes are for VGA and what are for QVGA(some themes contain both in the same package)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;besides i think there r only 2 themes not there for QVGA vista metal 1.5 (vista metal 1 is QVGA)&lt;br /&gt;and Nallaga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
