Pocket Pc Re:active sync 6.0 with blutooth connection - Pocket PC Forums

Help;
I have a samsung i-760 and a laptop with windows 32 bit vista. I can connect via bluetooth and share data through the laptops' software. However I cannot get active sync to work. I try but it sits there with a message "waiting for device to connect".
I have setup the bluetooth as '"visible" on the phone. I have the laptop showing up in the connection option under settings/bluetooth/devices. I lost the USB sync cable so the only way I can save data is by wireless connection to my laptop.

First of all, in Windows Vista, Active Sync is replaced by Windows Mobile Device Center. Have you tried it?

Yes I 'mis-spoke' as it were. I have the Windows Mobile device center installed on the laptop and the message "waiting to connect" is what I get.
