Having your own customized Incoming caller screen on your Windows Mobile Pocket PC is not too far. MrPotter, not the harry potter on movie but maybe his fan, from Xda-Dev has created something for an head-start.

The original thread is located here with the attached file. The application will use HTML format to display the incoming caller screen. HTML is easy to be designed and so you can expect some cool skins coming. Right now the application is in alpha/beta stage with no easy use. We suggest you wait a while until some easy to use UI is made and some cool skins pop-up.
