active captain Active Captain is like TomTom on boat, with many powerful marine navigation tools such as nautical chart display, Waypoint and route navigation and so on. The application is however not free but costs 20 bucks with 1 free US NOAA region chart. A whole bundle of 14 US NOAA regions would cost you 50 bucks. We highly suggest you to take the free trial option available in theor website if you get lost in sea often.
