Saturday, 21 July 2007
In our previous articles, we have mentioned the lock-up problems of the Toshiba G900 along with the news about a software patch to be released by the company to combat the problems. Now, the software patch for G900 has been released and will be officially available! This comes as good news for many G900 users who face problems with their devices! The Toshiba G900 (link) offers many unique features which are not seen very often in most of the Windows Mobile powered devices! Toshiba has now released their software patch quicker than usual!
This patch is developed to resolve the problem faced by the G900 while on the standby mode after which the device takes ages to come back to the normal mode and at times fails to do so! Users who have experienced this problem can download this patch using an SD card or the phone’s memory. Before installing, ensure that your battery has at least half charge and keep your phone on while the installation process is happening! Unzip the file first and refer to the read me .txt file for all the instructions regarding the installation process! However, after you install this software, it can be deleted if you do a master reset of your Toshiba G900 device! For more information, click here!
