One of the main reason people opt for a PDA or Pocket PC Phone is the ability to take notes easily by scribling with the stylus. And ofcourse a clean Windows Mobile will sport a default Notes application which gives a very basic feature of jotting down notes and save in a Desktop PC readable format .psw though One Note or other applications. EverNote has just announced their technology preview release of their Pocket PC software. It is fully powered to your expectations like including snapshots in your notes, recording audio notes (this can be done with the default Notes application too!),

cons
-Large sheets cannot be opened if memory is too low. (Obviously) But they could have made it like large sheets load on streaming basis so chunks of smaller bits are loaded on the go.
-Templates can only be edited but not created.
-Text wrapping doesn't occur.
-No underline or strikethrough function for the moment.
-No VGA Support (bad..)
-No real password protection for notes.
-Needs the EverNote Desktop viewer to view notes on PC. Not sure how powerfull it is to allow printing of notes or to save in other common formats.
