I had a few problems after installing SD Sync. I emailed the company to get help and Nick responded immediately. He walked me through a series of fixes that got SD Sync running smoothly. Turns out that the problem was my computer....I needed updates to certain programs. Nick patiently and quickly sent me emails that walked me through what I needed to do. With service like this, I highly recommend both the product and this company. Great to do business with!!!!!
