I bought UTA v3 and couldn't unlock it.<br /><br />After 8 e-mails back and forth within 30 hours (I also had to sleep and go to work), Cartystudios resolved the problem.<br />It turned out that my Device ID was longer than usual (MIO A701) and didn't show completely on the screen.<br /><br />Cartystudios support always replied within an hour or so.<br />I'd just wish that all companies had promt service like that.<br /><br />I'm extremely pleased and satisfied.<br /><br />I can only recommend them, 13 $ well spent - even if my phone (hopefully) never gets stolen.
