Remember the HTC Snap, a blackberry styled smartphone made by HTC announced after the Touch Diamond 2 and Touch Pro 2? Now this email easy smartphone is coming to Verizon networks.

Sporting a 2.4” non touch screen and a 528 Mhz processor underneath along with 192 Mb RAM, this smartphone looks like a blackberry bold but maybe a little better too. We find the hardware keys on the qwerty keyboard nicely spaced up and the track ball adds beauty along with ease of navigation.

The codename Snap may suggest a good camera for snap shots but unfortunately there is no better than a 2 mega pixel camera so don’t expect some high res captures.

Fortunately, you also get a 1500 mAh battery which supposedly offers 8.5 hours of talktime. Another highlight of this smartphone is the new Inner Circle feature by HTC which is nothing but a special group of contact list which you can assign so emails and calls from them are prioritized in all lists.
