You probably knew about Garmin for their wide range of in-car GPS navigation devices and they recently teamed up with Asus to bring out a windows mobile device. Looks cool, read more for pictures.

Garmin has done an impressive job in this Nuviphone M20 by bringing introducing many colours and packing a new custom designed user interface on top of windows mobile 6.1 professional. qVGA is getting quite obsolete these days and nuvifone fortunately has a 2.8" VGA display. Well, we ain't sure if there would be any micro-sd slots but  a 4 or 8GB of internal storage is confirmed.

Obviously there will be garmin' own navigation system built-in and other connectivity standards like WiFi, bluetooth, quad-band GSM upto HSDPA will be present.

The Garmin – Asus Duo who released their GPS Navigation based phones, G60 and M20 quite some time back, have again teamed up for a new Windows Mobile 6.5.3 PocketPC phone, the Nuvifone M10.

Although we didn’t see Garmin’ Nivifone at wide scale as HTC or other manufacturers, it is good see them providing Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM upgrades too.

We haven’t seen multi-touch capable capacitive screens dominate the mobile market yet but thanks to iPhone for introducing it to us. We just got it in Touch HD2 and its clear the future will be full of it. Lately, Asus packed a multi-touch screen onto Eee keyboard (link to our sister site) and it looks neat. 

Remember the Nuvifone that we mentioned couple of months ago, made by Garmin teaming up with Asus. We've got some more refreshing details on this tiny windows mobile navigation phone now.

ASUS officially announced the existence of its very own Smartphone powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 called P835.

We’d seen the war of the browsers in 2008 and apparently Opera won the laurels hands down. Will there be yet another war among the processors in 2009? Let’s find out!
