Back in April, at CITA, Opera announced their plans for 9.7 version of their successful PocketPC browser. Now here is a sneak peak with a link to download the alpha version.

Opera has been a leader in Windows Mobile browser category, but off late it has been facing lots of competition from Skyfire and other free browsers like Iris, Fennec et al.

Getting aggressive right after one day of Iris update, Opera has announced an official alpha for their next beta version containing the highly anticipated Turbo technology. Stay with us for the review of this newly released Opera browser for PocketPC!
