No, it isn’t official yet but here’s a naughty tip to turn your imported tri band HTC Diamond into a quad band enabled version for use in the US. 

HTC has not released an official US version and the imported HTC Diamonds from Europe or Asia will not work as it is officially available as a tri band device. However, a Radio upgrade to the latest version will enable quad-band capability on the device. Download. Don't forget that when you enable quad-band this way, you should stick to EDGE for the maximum speeds as 3G seems not functioning at the moment.
