Sony's XPERIA battles with HTC Raphael

Monday, 02 June 2008

t-mobile-mda-vario-iv The war cry has been heard loud and clear! It's a battle royale between the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 and HTC Raphael. Who's the clear winner? Read on!

Technocrats couldn’t have asked for more! Imagine being spoilt for choice but it’s a battle of sorts for the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 and HTC Raphael (including the billion-something versions of this device). The battle itself seems to be an interesting one-not just because both are made by HTC (ironic, really!).  The contest is closely pitted with VGA taking over WVGA while Win Mo 6.1 with Touch FLO is bound to compete with the Win Mo 6.1 complete with Sony Erickson’s custom-made interface closely resembling a panel.  In fact, the HTC Raphael was unveiled in Europe as the T-Mobile MDA Vario IV with tri band GSM, a 528MHz processor, 256MB on-board RAM, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, FM radio, and a 3.2MP camera all rolled into one! With specs as that, it wouldn’t really be surprising if it can give the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 a tough time!
