It’s not really official but the specs of the much awaited Treo 850 are out via the usual route and well, here’s a round up of what you can expect from this device! Read on.

The Treo 850 faithfully retains the trademark shape and can host only 32mb of SDRAM which means a serious setback in the multi tasking features courtesy Windows Mobile Operating System. There’s the GSM, EDGE and UMTS HSDPA 3.6 along with as assisted-GPS receiver thrown in for good measure. There’s Wi-Fi, 2 megapixel camera, micro-USB connector for power and sync, the indispensible Bluetooth with a Windows Mobile 6.1 (we hope!) core. The device is more elegant than the Treo 750 or the 800w with a circular, 5-navigation button differing from the usual rectangular ones found on the Centro. The touchscreen is pretty easy to navigate and you needn’t use your stylus even while you browse through the screen edge.
