Virgin says, they pay 10ps/minute for every incoming call you get. That is 10% of an outgoing charge. Ain't it cool? The only dis-advantage is, Airtel and other competitors have GSM networks and in India they don't really lock devices to carrier. But Virgin has launched their service together with Tata under CDMA networks. So you need to buy their own handset to get 10ps/minute of incoming calls.
