Universal, these devices usually come with 520Mhz processor. It is a VGA device and the big screen may utilize the extra processor speed. So while using you almost could not find any visible difference with a 416Mhz processor.<br /><br />As far as Ive heard, almost all pocket pc devices either 400, 416 or 520Mhz they all behave the same.<br /><br />And if you were talking about overclock, it purely depends on luck as two processors of the same brand and same manufacturers will vary the maximum stable speed.
