I had installed Voice Command 1.6 as I was curious, unfortunately it doesn't suite my country since its impossible for VC to pronounce names here. So I uninstalled it. Now the problem is when I press the action button on the bluetooth my bluetooth turns into a wireless audio headset, instead of getting the default voice dialer I get the phone pad. Does anyone have the answer to this problem? How do I get the Voice Dialer back when I press the pick-up button on the Bluetooth? ??? Thanks in advance.
Initially, when we first reported about Toshiba' new upcoming PocketPC phone, the successor to TG01, it was announced with Windows Mobile 6.5 and we speculated it to be upgradable to the new Windows Phone Series but no, they follow HTC.
Toshiba introduced two phones at the MWC 2010 in Barcelona and of the two we have already seen the TG02. Here’s another one name K01 which takes multimedia as its first priority.
This time at Mobile World Congress, it was a big even for Windows Mobile PocketPC users as Microsoft unveiled their new, most awaited Windows Mobile 7 and apart from that, we also noticed some new PocketPc phones still packing the older 6.5 versions.
Last week, we mentioned about PocketPC phones being the safest when compared to iPhone which are capable of being infected with dreadful viruses. Now a first Pocket PC virus or Trojan has been discovered by Kaspersky which is known to raise your cell phone bills.
Till date, there had been no virus or threat designed to target the Windows Mobile platform but iPhone already has many worms within 2 years of its launch and the latest worm steals banking information too. Does that mean Windows Mobile is a safer platform?
On October 6h, Acer, the same company who acquired Eten about a year ago, will be officially launching the F1 PocketPC and it will be the most powerful windows mobile PocketPC for the price they offer.
We thought Toshiba TG01 will be the only competitor for HTC Touch PRO 2. But it looks like Omnia 2 is on the line too with a bright AMOLED touch screen.
While there is no news on Clamshell, Toshiba pushed their much awaited TG01 on sale through most carriers. Could be a tough competitor for the iPhone and the Touch PRO 2 as well.

Right. The un-install has not reverted the registry settings back. You may use any free Registry editors such as Total Commander and try editing the registry value
Ok. try creating a String named path with value: WindowsVoiceDial.exe
Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREOEMVoiceCommand

Let me known if that helps. You may need to do a soft-reset after editing the Registry for the changes to take effect.

Regards,
Carty..
